My name is Corey Andrus and I have created The Quality Management Resource to help my fellow quality practitioners to easily find information about a variety of quality assurance topics.  I have worked in the positions of quality liaison, quality engineer and quality manager for more than 16 years and I am an American Society for Quality Certified Quality Engineer and Certified Quality Auditor.  

I worked my way up through the quality ranks as a customer liaison, a technician writing documents, a corporate level customer liaison, a quality engineer, and a quality manager. I worked in the automotive industry for 15 years and in the defense industry for the last four years.

Over my career I’ve seen how various companies work from the perspective of workers, customers, engineers, program teams, and management. Working in different industries has also given me different perspective on requirements, business practices, management styles, and product mix. So when I roll all of these experiences together I find that I have a unique perspective on business, manufacturing, and quality.
